Safety & Research
Your trust is essential. We take data protection, confidentiality and responsible research seriously. This page explains how we keep your information safe and what we study in the pilot.

A safe, transparent and research-oriented pilot.
We combine practical exploration with careful research to understand how professional teams can collaborate with LLMs. All sessions are moderated, confidentiality is respected, and data is handled with care.
Confidentiality
All discussions are treated as confidential. We do not share your team’s content outside the research team and do not publish identifying information.
Anonymization
In our research materials, all identifying details are removed or generalized. Company names, personal names and other sensitive information are anonymized.
Visible process and screen sharing
Sessions are held online with a professional moderator. Screen sharing is used so everyone can follow the process. This helps create a shared understanding and generates useful material for research (with your consent).
Data handling and deletion
We store session data securely and limit access to the research team. Data is used only for the purposes described on this page and is deleted according to a clear schedule after the pilot.
NDA / closed working environment
Upon request, we can sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA). Sessions can also be organized in a closed working environment with restricted access.
Recording policy
With your consent, sessions are recorded for analysis. Recordings are stored securely, transcribed for research purposes, and deleted after the project. You can request that recording is turned off.
Limits of the session
The session is a structured exploration, not a consulting engagement. We do not work with highly sensitive personal data, and we avoid tasks that could create legal, medical, financial or other specialist risks.
Professional responsibility stays with the team
The LLM provides input and alternative perspectives, but the team makes all decisions. You remain responsible for the use of any ideas, analysis or outputs in your own context.
What is studied in the pilot
We study the format of human–LLM collaboration: how teams use the session, what types of questions they explore, which perspectives are valuable, and how the process can be improved.
Free pilot conditions
The pilot is currently free of charge, with no commercial obligation. The aim is to learn and develop the approach together with professional teams. Participating does not create any ongoing commitment, and you can withdraw at any time.
A note on what we study
This project studies the format of human–LLM collaboration, not the professional qualities of participants.
It is not an evaluation of you, your team, or your organization. We are interested in the process, the dynamics, and the potential of this way of working — not in judging individual performance.
Frequently asked questions
More questions? Get in touchWhat kind of data do you collect?
The short brief you share before the session, notes and outputs created during it and, only with your consent, a recording. We do not ask for personal or highly sensitive data.
How long do you keep the data?
Only for the duration of the research pilot. Afterwards, session materials and recordings are deleted; only anonymized research notes are kept.
Can we participate without recording?
Yes. Recording is optional and only happens with your consent. You can ask for it to be turned off at any time.
Will our company name be published?
No. Company names, personal names and other identifying details are removed or generalized in all research materials.
Do we need to sign an NDA?
It is not required, but if your organization needs one, we are happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement before the session.
What if we need to discuss sensitive topics?
Let us know in advance. We can agree on a closed working environment, limit what is shared with the LLM, or reframe the question so that confidential details are not needed.
Can we withdraw from the pilot?
Yes, at any time and without giving a reason. Participation creates no ongoing commitment.
How will the results be used?
Your team keeps the session summary for its own use. Anonymized insights about the format help us improve the approach and may appear in research publications, without identifying you.
